Snowstorm

Well, what a difference a few days can make! We have now received nearly the total amount of snowfall this area gets for the entire winter - and this in the past week. In fact, I've lost count of "how many inches" - I just tell people, "Yes, it's still snowing". We are officially snowed in. Only one neighbor could get out of their house to join us today for hot spiced cider and snickerdoodles, so we had to reschedule our Christmas party. Of course everyone here says, "WHY did you bring all this snow?" Hmmm.

I think it is still beautiful - if not just a bit inconvenient.

My cats may be getting a little stir crazy......... I'm finding them in the strangest places. Inside my baby grand piano........

Guess we'll just stay tucked in for awhile! (How many Christmas cookies can one eat in a week?)
