Well, the holidays are in full swing and I wish everyone a very joyful, peaceful and safe season. We have not had snow yet (except on the mountains) but it has been in the 20s and very icy/frosty. My dogs still love it outdoors

and the cats are happy to stay in their warm cozy places. In fact, I caught them in the act of snoozing next to the Christmas tree a few nights ago.

We dutifully took all our boxes of Christmas decorations down from the attic (after we just put them up there 2 months ago) and put them out. I remember hearing that one test of a person's character is how they handle Christmas tree lights (tangled, of course) so I tried to be patient! The cats helped me a bit.

Some people have expressed interest in seeing some of the jewelry I have created, so I put the pictures on a blog site (someday soon they'll be on my web site with the pet portraits!).
Many of the pieces are sold, but some are still available. If you're interested in seeing them, the blog for my jewelry is: http://handcraftedjewelrybycj.blogspot.com. Here is an example:

And I'm starting new projects! Karen and Brenda would be proud......
That's all from here - would love to hear from everyone.
